Registration Fees
The registration fee cover:

- Admission to all scientific and educational lectures
- One congress pack containing final programme/abstracts on CD ROM
- Access to Industry Exhibition
- All refreshments and lunches

Non Members
If you are not a member of the AAGBI but would like to become one, please go to www.aagbi.org/about-us/becoming-member where you will be able to download an application form. Those wishing to apply for membership in order to take advantage of the reduced members rate, must apply at least two weeks prior to the cut off date.

Retired and Honary Members
Retired members of the AAGBI receiving Anaesthesia are entitled to a 50% discount. Honorary members are entitled to free registration (Please contact the events team directly to arrange this).

Workshops
Delegates wishing to attend any of these sessions will be required to pay a £25 booking fee in addition to the conference fee.

Case Presentations
Delegates have the opportunity to submit a case presentation and contribute to the sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before 30 August 2011 will be subject to an administration charge of £25. Delegates cancelling after this date will be liable to pay the full meeting price unless the Association considers there to be exeptional circumstances what would warrent a refund.

On-site Registration
If you are are unable to register in advance, you may register on-site. Please make your way to the registration area which will be open from 08:30 on Wednesday 21 September 2011.
